How to download invoices?

In your dashboard that includes your orders, there is checkbox at the beginning of the row of your orders. When you click on them, you select orders. Then, the “Download” button will show up. You may click on it and download every selected item.

How to send invoices to the customers?

In your dashboard that includes your orders, there is checkbox at the beginning of the row of your orders. When you click on them, you select orders. Then, the “Send as E-mail” button will show up. You may click on it and send every selected item as e-mail.

How to change invoice template?

In your dashboard, you will see a button: “theme settings”. When you click on it, themes board will open. You can choose the template you liked and included by your plan, then click on “Edit” button beneath the template. You will see the editing page. You can upload your logo, choose colors, fonts, etc.
When you are done, do not forget to click on “Save”.

How to translate invoices?

In your dashboard, you will see a button: “translation settings”. When you click on it, translation board will open. You can automatically translate by choosing your language in “language template” menu; or you can translate manually by writing the translation of each word in the text box beneath each word.

How does Basic plan work?

In Basic plan, you will be able to create 50 invoices selected in 3 different templates per month. You may customize them, automate emails, receive bulk process and packing slips for free.

What are the differences between Basic plan and Standard plan and Premium plan?

In Standard plan, everything in Basic plan is included. However, your limits of invoices increase to 500 per month. Also, you will receive branding removal, advanced templates and custom invoice number for $6 per month or $5 per month billed at $60 once per year.
In Premium plan, everything in Standard plan is included. However, you may create invoices without limit. You will have extra advanced templates and custom sender emails for custom invoice number for $12 per month or $10 per month billed at $120 once per year.

What are the key variables that I can use with the email content?

The two key variables are “order number” and “shop name”. You need to write {{ order_number }} to show the order number in the subject part of the email.
You need to write {{ shop }} to show the name of your shop in the email.

Can I see whether I sent the email or not?

Of course, you can. Each row of each order has an e-mail icon at the end of the row. When it turns into green, it means you sent.
